ClearPier Inc. engaged Fuller Landau with a mandate to secure a new senior debt facility with a Schedule A bank in order to support the company’s increased working capital requirements as a result of recent growth in the business. Jeffrey Mandell, Managing Director, Corporate Finance/M&A, acted as the lead corporate financial advisor and successfully sourced, managed, and closed the financing transaction.
