Fuller Landau acted as exclusive financial advisor and helped secure $4 million of senior debt
Fuller Landau Advisory Services Inc. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Choice One Medical Inc. on raising $4 million of Senior Debt from a Schedule A bank.
Fuller Landau was exclusively engaged in 2019 by the client in order to secure bridge financing required to complete the successful acquisition of Choice One Medical. Jeffrey Mandell, Managing Director, Corporate Finance/M&A, was the lead corporate financial advisor on the transaction, which successfully closed in August 2019.
Earlier this year, Fuller Landau was engaged by Choice One Medical with a mandate to replace the bridge financing. Jeffrey Mandell once again acted as the lead corporate financial advisor, and successfully sourced, managed, and closed the transaction, resulting in a new $4 million Senior Debt facility from a Schedule A bank.
