12 For 12! Fuller Landau Recognized Again as One of the Best Workplaces in Canada!
We’ve done it again! For the 12th time, Fuller Landau has been certified as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Canada by Great Place to Work® Institute and The Globe and Mail. With over 400 companies nominated to this year’s list, and over 80,000 people participating in the nationwide survey, Fuller Landau is honoured to be ranked #12 on the list!
“This is another great win for Fuller Landau,” explains Mike Stoyan, Partner and member of the firm’s Growth Committee. “It follows closely on the heels of us being named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, earlier this year. This most recent certification is particularly meaningful to us because it’s based on the anonymous feedback of our team. We consider it a vote of confidence from those who know best what it’s really like to work here.”
So, Why is Fuller Landau Such a Great Place to Work?
With a well-designed “People Program” that anticipates the needs of our diverse and growing team, Fuller Landau offers flexible work arrangements, challenging assignments, ongoing training, advancement opportunities, charitable involvement, a formal mentor program, a casual dress-code, and a dynamic workplace culture that fosters engagement and fellowship.
“This is yet another reason to celebrate,” says Jill Daiter, Director of HR. “It’s a testament to the many evolving initiatives we have in place to attract and retain the best talent in the industry, while celebrating diversity and promoting inclusion. A happy and engaged workforce delivers exceptional service, so an investment in our team is also an investment in our clients.”
The Best Workplaces™ in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute, through a competition process based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results, and the remaining one-third comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions of a great place to work: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
