A native New Yorker who came to Canada over 15 years ago, Holly specializes in US and cross-border tax issues for individuals and their businesses, as well as estates and trusts. As a trusted go-to resource, Holly thoughtfully navigates complex US tax scenarios for clients and other advisors, including attorneys and investment managers. “Holly’s contribution over the years has been outstanding,” says Gord Jessup, Tax Partner. “Her unwavering focus on client service, boundless energy, and insightful advisory perspective are huge assets to our team, our clients, and the firm as a whole. With extensive experience helping debtors navigate towards the best possible course of action, and working with creditors to resolve problem loan accounts, Adam joins the Fuller Landau leadership team as a Partner in the corporate Restructuring & Insolvency group. “Adam has a steadying influence on everyone he works with,” explains Gary Abrahamson, Restructuring & Insolvency Partner. “He brings a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and empathetic approach to even the most stressful of situations. This promotion is a well-deserved milestone in his career.”
