Fuller Landau named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2019
Friday, April 12 – Steady growth, ongoing innovation, talent retention, and continuously evolving HR policies are just a few indications of the best private-sector workplaces, according to Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.
On April 12th, Mediacorp announced the winners of this year’s Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers competition, and Fuller Landau is thrilled to have made the list once again!
“This award reinforces the fact that you don’t have to work for a large multinational company to enjoy a great benefits package and career development,” explains Jill Daiter, Director of HR at Fuller Landau. “We’ve made it a priority to offer robust perks and benefits that our team actually values, while providing an entrepreneurial workplace culture where continuous learning is a real focus.”
For the past 6 years, Mediacorp’s editorial competition has recognized Canada’s best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. Employers are evaluated by the editors on a range of factors, including work and social atmosphere; physical workplace; employee communications; health, financial, and family benefits; performance management; training and skills development; vacation and time-off; and community involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations in their industry to determine which offers the most progressive and innovative programs.
“Receiving this acknowledgment for the second year in a row is a great honour for us,” says Jill. “It validates the initiatives we have put in place to recognize and reward our incredible team, and motivates us to continue our efforts going forward.”
So, what makes Fuller Landau a top employer?
