Fuller Landau recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for millennials
Fuller Landau is thrilled to announce that our firm has been named to the 2018 LIST OF BEST WORKPLACES™ FOR MILLENNIALS. We take immense pride in providing our next generation of leaders a positive employee experience.
Fuller Landau received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. In addition to several other criteria, an organization had to have a minimum 90% positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my age” and have a least 30% of employees fit the Millennial demographic (born after 1980) to be considered for this certification.
“Creating an engaging and supportive workplace is what makes a difference to our team members at Fuller Landau,” says Jill Daiter, Director of HR. “Our people represent every generation. We believe it is critical to offer a culture of perks, benefits, and professional development opportunities to our team that reflects the stage of their career in order to most enrich it.”
We also proudly offer a strong mentorship program which provides our people with the tools and training they need to develop and succeed. In addition, our collaborative workplace encourages fun and frequent social events. Our Charity Committee coordinates many initiatives which make an important impact in the community including volunteer tax clinics, the JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes, and the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
