Fuller Landau selected as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2021

The team at Fuller Landau is thrilled to be selected as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2021. It’s particularly special in a year marked with great change and uncertainty. ‘We always try our best to make Fuller Landau a great place to work. The pandemic motivated us to work even harder to understand its impact on the team’s well being and create ways to help them cope,’ says Mike Stoyan, Managing Partner.

Fuller Landau has supported team members through a range of ways, including offering temporary COVID-19 benefits relief and work-from-home equipment allowances. Everyone was also surprised with a home delivery of gourmet Italian food. Technology improvement plans were also fast-tracked to ensure the transition to working from home was as smooth and seamless as possible.

‘We also want to learn from this experience and explore new and better ways of working that we can carry forward in the post-pandemic world,’ adds Mike. ‘I know the team is already coming up with great ideas.’
