Lucky 13! Fuller Landau named again as one of the Best Workplaces™
Friday, April 26 – The GREAT news continues to pour in! Having recently been recognized as one of The Best Workplaces™ for Women, as well as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers, we are so proud to announce that Fuller Landau has once again been certified as one of The Best Workplaces™ in Canada, ranking 23rd overall.
This special accreditation has been granted to us for the 13th time by Great Place to Work® Institute. With over 400 companies applying in 2019, and more than 80,000 people across Canada participating in the survey, the competition was fierce, and we are thrilled to have made the cut.
“Of all the awards and recognition we have received, this one is among the most meaningful to us,” explains Mike Stoyan, Managing Partner of Fuller Landau. “Certification is based on anonymous feedback provided by our team, along with a thorough review of our company culture. It’s a stamp of approval from the people who matter most – and from those who know first-hand what it’s really like to work at FL.”
So, Why Does Our Team Think Fuller Landau is a Great Place to Work?
“Based on the anonymous survey results, our team really seems to value the flexible work arrangements, extensive training and development opportunities, challenging assignments, formal mentorship program, charitable initiatives, relaxed dress code, and vibrant workplace culture that we offer here at FL,” explains Jill Daiter, Director of Human Resources. “We’ve designed a dynamic and constantly evolving ‘People Program’ that anticipates the needs of our growing team, and the feedback shows that our efforts are paying off.”
But Mike Stoyan emphasizes that certification as one of The Best Workplaces™ does not mean we can rest on our laurels. “We have big plans for the future of Fuller Landau, and only a dedicated, engaged, and top-notch team can make it happen. So, we’re always striving to do better.” In addition to the survey results, the FL team is routinely asked for feedback and suggestions. “We recognize that a happy and engaged workforce is willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent client service,” adds Jill Daiter. “By investing in our team, we’re also investing in our clients.”
