As a Vice President in Fuller Landau’s Restructuring & Insolvency group, Adam brings over 15 years of experience in public practice, following a few years working in a family business with a focus on growth and expansion strategies.
Adam works closely with creditors through a comprehensive range of formal appointments including Consultant, Court Appointed Receiver, and Private Receiver. He also has extensive experience assisting debtors in financial distress and his formal appointments include Trustee, Proposal Trustee, and Monitor under the CCAA.
Adam is recognized for his ability to help creditors maximize realizations of problem loan accounts, and his skill in navigating debtors to the best possible course of action, whether through a business restructuring to avoid bankruptcy, or managing a formal or informal wind-down through a bankruptcy process. Clients appreciate Adam’s strategic mindset, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and empathetic approach in stressful situations.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, travelling, and reading, in his spare time.
