Looking for a different advisor?
I lead Fuller Landau’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency group and bring more than 15 years of experience in public practice, following a few years working in a family business with a focus on growth and expansion strategies.
I have extensive experience assisting debtors in financial distress and my formal appointments include trustee, proposal trustee, and monitor under the CCAA. I also work closely with creditors through a comprehensive range of informal and formal appointments including consultant, court appointed receiver, and private receiver.
I strive to navigate debtors to the best possible course of action, whether through a business restructuring to avoid bankruptcy, an informal wind-down, or managing a formal wind-down through a bankruptcy process, and I’m recognized for my skill in doing so.
Creditors value my ability to help maximize realizations of problem loan accounts, and our clients say they appreciate my strategic mindset, strong technical skills, and attention to detail. I also bring empathy to my approach in stressful situations, and I know my clients appreciate it.
