I am a Manager in Fuller Landau’s Canadian Tax and Estate Planning group with over six years of experience assisting corporate and personal clients with a variety of Canadian and international tax matters.
I always aim to understand my clients’ needs and work hard to find the best solutions for them. I advise foreign companies with Canadian operations on how to be compliant within the realm of Canadian tax matters including corporate income tax, sales tax and payroll tax. At the same time, I work closely with partners on executing tax planning strategies for privately-owned Canadian companies and their owners, including reorganizations of corporate groups, estate planning, acquisitions, divestitures, and value extraction.
I actively contribute to improving Fuller Landau’s training processes as I strongly believe in the value of mentoring in the growth and development of new tax professionals and their progression towards their CPA designation. In addition, I help to oversee recruitment for full-time and co-op positions within the Canadian tax group.
