I am a Partner in Fuller Landau’s Business Valuations group, with over 15 years of experience in business valuations, forensic accounting, and litigation support.
My expertise includes providing financial valuation advice and litigation support for a wide variety of industries for purposes of shareholder disputes, income-tax reorganizations, potential purchase or sale transactions, financial reporting, family law, and other matters.
I have been involved in the preparation of numerous reports related to the quantification of economic damages for insurance and litigation purposes, including business interruption, fraud investigations, shareholder disputes, breaches of contracts, and forensic investigations.
In addition, I am qualified to provide testimony as an expert witness and frequently present in seminars on business valuation and financial analysis.
