Howard D. Kazdan CPA, CA, TEP

I am a Tax Partner in Fuller Landau’s Canadian Tax group, with over three decades of professional experience, of which over 20 years have been dedicated to Canadian tax advisory and compliance.

I help businesses and individuals with tailored tax strategies, including corporate and personal tax planning, reorganizations, tax considerations for buying or selling a business, and succession and estate planning. I also provide guidance on Canadian income tax compliance and accounting matters.

I work with a wide range of clients, including Canadian and international businesses, individuals, partnerships, and trusts. My experience spans private and public companies across industries such as manufacturing, retail, real estate, professional services, mining, and oil and gas.

Beyond my client work, I have actively contributed to the tax profession. I’ve presented at industry and professional development events, served as a Group Study Leader and Facilitator in CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program, and have contributed to a number of publications. I have also served on a number of boards and remain actively involved in the community.
