Jeffrey is a Managing Director of Fuller Landau Advisory Services and a key member of our Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions team. He brings over 18 years of diverse professional experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur, management consultant and investment banker to help our clients navigate through complex periods of change and transition, including new business start-ups, operational turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and raising capital.
Jeffrey joined Fuller Landau in 2013 following several years working for an investment banking boutique. Prior to investment banking, Jeffrey spent over 10 years as an entrepreneur – launching, operating and consulting on a host of entrepreneurial ventures in hospitality, event management, design, technology, real estate and consumer packaged goods.
Jeffrey began his career practicing law as an Associate in the area of Corporate Finance, Securities, and Mergers and Acquisitions with one of Canada’s leading law firms, Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt. He holds a joint MBA/ Juris Doctor degree from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
Jeffrey also sits on the Board of Camp Timberlane, a summer camp for children, situated on Lake of Two Islands in Haliburton, Ontario. He lives in Toronto with his wife, his two daughters, and his son.
