I oversee all aspects of Human Resources at Fuller Landau, including responsibility for our overall human resources strategy and numerous initiatives to attract, engage, and retain a high-performance team of people.
I have considerable leadership experience in HR and a strong background in the professional service environment, with particular expertise in workforce planning and implementing solutions to help organizations achieve their business goals.
My focus is on delivering a high level of employee service in the areas of employee relations, retention, compensation and benefits, and performance management programs.
I also manage Fuller Landau’s recruitment program, hiring from students up to senior professionals, and I strive to bring in the best talent to meet our clients’ needs.
