With a depth of leadership experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Jill oversees the HR function at Fuller Landau. She is responsible for the firm’s overall human resources strategy and our various initiatives to attract, engage, and retain a high-performance team of people.
Jill has a strong background in the professional service environment, with particular expertise in workforce planning and implementing solutions to help organizations achieve their business goals. Her focus is on delivering a high level of employee service in the areas of employee relations, retention, compensation and benefits, and performance management programs. Jill also manages the firm’s recruitment program, hiring students up to senior professionals, and strives to bring in the best talent to meet our clients’ needs.
