I am a Senior Manager in the Valuations group with over seven years of experience in business valuations for transactions, advisory and litigation purposes involving a diverse client base, including private equity firms, publicly listed companies, and private companies.

I specialize in business valuations using discounted cash flow analysis and market approach, valuation of financial instruments such as employee stock options using option pricing models, and damage quantification for cases of breach of contract.

I’m an out-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative and someone my clients can rely on to craft creative solutions to their challenges.
