I am a Manager in the Business Valuations group, where I focus on preparing valuation and expert reports for a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, succession planning, shareholder buyouts and disputes, matrimonial matters, and corporate reorganizations. I have extensive experience in litigation matters involving the quantification of income loss and economic damages arising from breaches of contract, misappropriation, business interruption claims, and other related issues.
Before joining Fuller Landau, I worked on commercial litigation support, business valuations, forensic accounting, and financial due diligence for mid-market transactions ranging from $1 million to $50 million. I started my career at a Big Four accounting firm, where I audited private companies across a range of industries, including oil and gas, construction, technology, and manufacturing.
Clients describe me as meticulous, strategic, and approachable. I take pride in delivering high-quality work that’s both insightful and efficient. I go above and beyond to make sure my clients feel confident that their accounting and valuation needs are in good hands. I also enjoy using technology to uncover patterns in data and present complex financial stories in a clear, compelling way.
