I am a Senior Manager in the Canadian Tax practice, advising Canadian private and multinational corporate clients in diverse sectors regarding corporate tax requirements, opportunities, and risks.
I specialize in tax research, drafting opinions, due diligence, reorganizations, cross-border transactions, and advising clients on tax matters as well as liaises with the tax authorities at the audit level. I work closely with the tax and audit partners’ groups to identify, develop, and deploy new planning opportunities that may be delivered to our clients to reduce tax, creditor proof, simplify current structures, and estate and succession planning.
I enjoy mentoring staff to ensure that they are developing their tax knowledge and professional skills. I am actively involved in activities within Fuller Landau, where I serve on the following teams:
