Tim Geary is the Lead Consultant for Fuller Landau’s Consumer Insolvency practice, Fuller Landau Debt Solutions. Prior to joining the team, Tim was a sole-proprietor with over 25 years running his own reputable and highly-regarded firm, Geary & Company Ltd.
As a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Tim has helped thousands of individuals manage their debt, with an unwavering commitment to understanding each client’s specific situation, and explaining the various debt-relief options and their implications. Tim’s success is due, in great part, to his highly-personalized client service approach and his genuine concern and empathy for the stressful situation in which his clients find themselves. His goal, in every client interaction, is to reduce the burden of financial anxiety and help his clients regain control of their lives.
Over the years, Tim has served as an oral Board Examiner for the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, as a marker for the Trustee written exams, and as a sponsor/mentor to new Trustees.
Tim is an invaluable addition to the Fuller Landau team and we look forward to his continued leadership and expertise in helping our consumer insolvency clients get a fresh start.
